False promises then will try and take your home when you least expect, with made up interest charges. You don't get payment arrangement if you miss a payment. instead you will get a 60 days notice, they would assure you so perfectly you won't even bother to read your contract, then once you slip you slide and this company take pleasure in what they do. The rich gets richer and the poor remains poor! My biggest regret in life was to engage with these theives. I walked away with my hands half empty instead of half full but I felt happy because I won't have to deal with them anymore and starting over am off to a great start. Becareful
