    Had a good visit after using the telephone call-back feature in the office and going in later in the day. Staff was positive and the visit quick. Waited only a short time after the initial weight-in, etc. Doctor was informative. All in all, don't understand the bad experiences some people have, though walk-ins are not always easy. Our experience, me and my wife, was very good.
