Avoid it. Mice everywhere. The landlord is unresponsive and dishonest. Whenever you have any problem about the furniture, the host always lies that he will work on it very soon. Even worse, he did not return the one-month installment to us! He found another staff to get back our key. Since we have to leave the country soon, there is no time for us to get back the money. But the staff told us that not only one of the tenant already exercised a recourse at the Régie du logement.
