I am a client with my pets in this clinic over 12 years, of course my best department is grooming! I love Joanne, I love how she takes care of my pets! Respect for this ! But today , I got the experience that completely erase this clinic from my life! Maybe it's the coronavirus affects the atmosphere , but still.... I literally paid a one week salary for one of their employee for sure, because I had first check up visit and vaccination for my 6 kittens.... and I was treated like a garbage, honestly They have a sigh on the door, did you wash the hands before you entered to clinic , \I checked around, no Purrell, no sink outside,I thought maybe with the rain ? and Yes I washed the hands at home, after this before say Hi, sending me to wash my hands, I did it with my brother in law, they moved us to the room, by saying it is actually one visitor at the time, and I was not aware of this on the phone, this is what I said, and the receptionist told me she will check with the vet doctor, I said ok let me know! within 5 minutes, the door opens like it's hurricane, the short blond lady says, that it is favor that we are here already and only one person with kittens, you take it or just leave the clinic...Me , personally no problem to be one adult, but the attitude and the way you talk to customers should be with more respect, she literally came for fighting, so my brother in law left, the lady couldn't stop, she said go wash your hands and it's 20 sec not 5-10 seconds, and she was really waiting for me near the bathroom, and by repeating that's a favor, and she risks her life told be to close the door and wait ,,,, the appointment was at 9:30 , we came at 9, the vet doctor came 9:50 with the assistant....And you have no idea what the assistant told me by opening the door..... when I move forward to the case with kittens, stay back , leave in the corner.... the Vet doc said it's ok... so I could move :) the ugliest thing, we went two times before with these two kittens of 6 to check their eyes....he didn't even take a time to check the notes, he picked up the first kitten and said he has a virus!!! and anomaly of his eye....I said check the notes... yes after he said.... the virus he said we have it's all kittens without even checked them yet.... so after this ...I was just regretting to spend my 2.5 hours with unprofessional people like this, yes they give the discount .... butI would rather go to clinic where I will pay the full price than getting unprofessional exam when the assistant was trying to find the hole by moving the thermometer around the tale and not using gentle touch ...put the gloves at least and be respective toward the kittens and me.... yes the forgot also to use the balance , I should remind them...and yes it's ruined my day...and the worst thing, I called later to talk the owner, and you could not guess, the owner left and it's a short blond lady who teach me how to wash the hands, the story is short I disagree with my choice of the best clinic ! do not recommend for the money you pay, you got the service less than 1 star, and all this are not true!!!!!
