Priya has been my accountant for years. She was great - albeit slow to return calls or find a slot for my personal and small business tax returns. The real trouble started 2 years ago, when she was telling me she was really busy and would always put me last. Now the office screens my calls, she ignores all email communications and won't return my calls. I pleaded for help by email and voicemail as she has all my history and paperwork, but I still get the cold shoulder. If you think you are getting good service now, like I did, you may get the same treatment I got in the future. I'd stay away from this firm. Unless you're a glutton for stress and rejection
