It is absolutely necessary to check your invoice and recount the items purchased before leaving the store. During my two purchases, some items were charged twice. And like magic, there were fewer pearls (those sold individually) in my bag than the number I had brought to the counter and for which I paid. Not only is there no customer service, but the client is being ripped off by questionable practices. Heartbreaking and shameful.
