My in laws are staying at this place and have been for 3 years. They promised us a doctor and once the lease was signed, there was no doctor working at this residence. 6 months later they finally found one but she was only available half a day a week to care for all the residence (which is impossible). My in laws are on the meal program and the food is disgusting. My mom in law took a huge decline in health, and my father in law usually left the food untouched. Everyday my mother in law was complaining of stomach aches and pain after eating. The receptionist Lydia is extremely rude and unprofessional, and all they care about is that you pay the rent. They are not there to assist you at all. Last year the place was infested with bed bugs, so you can just imagine what stress this caused to everyone. Furniture had to be thrown out and no compensation was given. Their response to this...we're doing our best and this is what it is! They told us if we are not happy to leave, that we can break the lease, now we wish to leave and they want us to pay the whole rent. I will never ever refer anyone to stay at this place. Stay Away...They should not have a license to run such a business.
