I contracted for an Event Experience at the Master's this year and once the event was rescheduled, they Company is saying they don't have to deliver the Event Experience. They made two offers to issue a credit if we paid an enormous amount of money toward another event to be used in 6 months. When we turned that down, they basically have said tuff luck. In my over 40 years in business, I have never witnessed a company that treats their customers in such a poor manner. There is nothing in the contract that allows them to not deliever the Event Experience just because the event was rescheduled. I have been talking to a district manager that sites sections of the contract that are not applicable or do not support what he is saying. I would never give this company a dime more. They cannot be trusted. I now have to hire an attorney to get restitution. Very unfortunate. Jeff
